Ok that kills off my prediction of seer ,need a rethink here ,convinced was is traitor ,I know the alpha but not the 3rd wolf although am leaning toward Dom.

Dom must be good surely? As the wolf named me evil he must be confirmed good

Dom must be good surely? As the wolf named me evil he must be confirmed good Yes he must be. I realised Opti left the clue, but forgot to think through the repercussions! My suspicions are seriously back on Meh. Voting for PJ at that time was essentially an: 'I'm not going to get involved, but I am influencing the vote away from WAS at a crucial time'. The comments today trying to claim he is good because the guardian protected him seem very disingenuous.

Plus I also think he would be the first to vote me out.

Hi all. Disappointed to be out but I could only try to save players I knew were good from lynching for so long. So who picked up the clue in the messages?

Morning fellow ghosts.
Bad night for team good. Yes, the clue Opti left in his message seems so obvious now. Sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees when you're playing. The Guardian's picks seem very strange. Why on earth did he protect SLB earlier in the game when he was either (a) evil or (b) good and the harlot, which would be proved if a wolf tried to eat him. Also, once Grrwood was declared good, then Dom was a confirmed good player. Why not protect him last night? Has Hornetgags played many games? If so, then his declaration that Meh! being protected by the guardian makes him good is suspicious.

I'm wondering if now is the time SLB should reveal who he's stayed with, or at least declare who he thinks the Seer should view - to give the Seer more chance to find an evil.

Agree with what you say Happy.
Gags and Meh have replaced BRLR and Dom as key suspects. Alpha is going a good job at staying out of the spotlight, although the guardian is unfortunately inexperienced.
If the new seer doesn't pick out WAS then we've lost. I think Otter would do so, but I think he's almost definitely for the chopping board tonight (unless the guardian sees sense), so I'm not sure I want him to take over.

Harrow, have you changed the guardian to an evil role? Some of these picks are completely bizarre. They've been picking at random as they have no idea who is evil.

Sorry Harrow, that was a sarcastic comment.
Out of interest, how is the back up seer selected? Randomly, or have you chosen them?
It's probably Squibba or Otter, right?

Back up roles I think are random selections, back up seer is not a nice role, having to figure out what old seer was up to,convince villagers your good, and keeping an eye on the math,ie when to out yourself for the good of the team.

I choose at the beginning of the game. So for some of the villagers, their role is ('villager - back up seer'). Funnily enough, you were the backup seer but I did put a back up back up in the mix too, who is still alive.

Aargh! It's frustrating watching from afar. In the absence of a second message, this one must be from the back up seer. But, if it had been me, I would have encouraged some "outing of good" by SLB at this point before deciding who to view. Also, why didn't back up seer view WAS, as Opti had directed him to? Is it because WAS is himself the back up seer?

Gags must be evil, right? All evidence points to SLB as the harlot but he still votes for him.

I think my theory is confirmed. Squibba is outing himself, because he is trying to cover for the unfortunate turn of phrase.
NW is definitely a wolf then.
NW, Meh and Was.

The guardian choosing to protect SLB, who is the harlot as im sure everyone realises, actually meant he protected 2 players in 1. It was a smart move.
